Description

A sweet and crunchy treat made with caramel, chocolate, and rice krispies.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups rice krispies
  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add caramel candies and stir until melted and smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, combine rice krispies and melted caramel.
  4. Mix well until rice krispies are fully coated.
  5. Press mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  7. Spread melted chocolate over the rice krispie layer.
  8. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.
  9. Let cool until set, then cut into squares.

Notes
