Description

Delicious caramel chocolate brownies with a rich, fudgy texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Mix in flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour half of the brownie batter into the baking pan.
  8. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter.
  9. Pour the remaining brownie batter on top.
  10. Drizzle the remaining caramel sauce over the top.
  11. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  12. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • Store brownies in an airtight container.
  • For extra flavor, add nuts or sea salt on top.
  • Best served warm with ice cream.
