- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Fit the pie crust into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips and pistachios.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the ricotta mixture.
- Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For best flavor, use whole milk ricotta.
- You can substitute chocolate chips with dried fruit.
- Top with extra chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
