A creamy and flavorful Cajun smoked sausage Alfredo pasta dish.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and Cajun seasoning. Mix until smooth.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet. Toss to coat with sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your taste.
- Use any type of pasta you prefer.
- This dish is best served fresh.
