Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless chicken fillet
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 4 slices of cheese (optional)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Pickles

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
