Ingredients

- 2 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cabbage, carrot, and bell pepper; stir fry for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper, cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
