A refreshing and hearty salad made with cabbage and ham.
Ingredients

- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and diced ham.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage and ham mixture.
- Add chopped green onions and toss everything together until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use leftover ham for a quick meal.
- This salad can be made a day ahead.
