- 4 lobster tails
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the melted butter.
- Place lobster tails in a baking dish.
- Pour the butter mixture over the lobster tails.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcook the lobster.
- Serve with additional lemon wedges if desired.
