Description

Delicious butter poached lobster tails cooked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  3. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the melted butter.
  4. Place lobster tails in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the butter mixture over the lobster tails.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
