Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup vegan sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork.
  3. Add buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder to the chickpeas and mix well.
  4. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
