Description

A creamy and spicy dip made with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
