A creamy and spicy dip made with shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and cheese.

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese crumbles if using.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or crackers.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less buffalo sauce.
- This dip can be made ahead and reheated.
- Pair with veggies for a healthier option.
