Description

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites are a spicy and crispy appetizer made from cauliflower florets coated in a flavorful buffalo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, coating them well.
  4. Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
  6. In another bowl, mix buffalo sauce and olive oil.
  7. Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
