- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, coating them well.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
- In another bowl, mix buffalo sauce and olive oil.
- Toss the baked cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the heat of the buffalo sauce to your preference.
- Serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
