- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Add cranberries and pecans on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until sprouts are tender and crispy.
- Stir halfway through baking.
- Serve warm.
