Ingredients

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, garlic, and balsamic vinegar.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add the tomato mixture to the cream cheese mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with Parmesan cheese.
- Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
