- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
- Place salmon fillets in a baking dish.
- Pour the brown sugar mixture over the salmon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve warm, drizzled with the glaze from the dish.
