Description

A rich and creamy side dish made with sweet potatoes and brown butter.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop sweet potatoes into chunks.
  2. Boil sweet potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
  4. Drain sweet potatoes and return them to the pot.
