Description

A creamy and cheesy pasta dish with broccoli.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. Stir in cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add cheddar and parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the mix and combine well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve warm.
