Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add cheddar and parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
- Add cooked pasta to the mix and combine well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.

- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Add cooked chicken for extra protein.
- Adjust cheese quantities according to your taste.
