Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup bread cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix chopped broccoli, bread cubes, and cheddar cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
