Description

A fresh and crunchy salad featuring broccoli and cauliflower.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture.
  5. Toss well to combine all ingredients.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegan option, substitute mayonnaise with vegan mayo.
