A fresh and crunchy salad featuring broccoli and cauliflower.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli and cauliflower into small florets.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture.
- Toss well to combine all ingredients.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a vegan option, substitute mayonnaise with vegan mayo.
- Add nuts for extra crunch.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
