A quick and healthy broccoli cashew stir-fry packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add broccoli and red bell pepper, stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and cashews, cook for another 3 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving.
Notes
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
- Adjust soy sauce for desired saltiness.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
