Description

Soft and fluffy brioche dinner rolls perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit until frothy.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Make a well in the center, add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  5. Cover the dough and let it rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  6. Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape into rolls.
  7. Place rolls on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Brush rolls with egg wash.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
