Soft and fluffy brioche dinner rolls perfect for any meal.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 teaspoons)
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit until frothy.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Make a well in the center, add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
- Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape into rolls.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush rolls with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best served warm.
- You can freeze the rolls after baking.
