Description

Delicious breakfast granola cups filled with yogurt and fresh fruits.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Press the mixture into muffin tins to form cups.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let cool and carefully remove from tins.
  6. Fill each cup with yogurt and top with mixed berries.
