Delicious breakfast granola cups filled with yogurt and fresh fruits.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, nuts, honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt.
- Press the mixture into muffin tins to form cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool and carefully remove from tins.
- Fill each cup with yogurt and top with mixed berries.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Add your favorite fruits for variety.
- Can be made ahead of time for quick breakfasts.
