- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
- Stir in bell pepper and paprika.
- Pour in coconut milk and season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
