Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add bok choy and cook until wilted.
  4. Push vegetables to the side, add beaten egg and scramble.
  5. Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mix well.
  6. Stir in green onions and serve hot.
