A delightful cake infused with blueberry and lavender flavors.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup dried lavender
- 1 cup milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Alternate adding the flour mixture and milk, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries and lavender gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- For a stronger lavender flavor, steep dried lavender in milk before adding.
- Pair with whipped cream for serving.
