A delicious and easy-to-make casserole featuring layers of bread, cream cheese, and blueberries.

- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Spread half of the bread cubes in the dish.
- Dot with cream cheese and sprinkle half of the blueberries.
- Add the remaining bread cubes and top with the rest of the blueberries.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread and berries.
- Let it soak for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with syrup.
- This can be prepared the night before.
- Use frozen blueberries if fresh are not available.
