Ingredients

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Stir well to combine.
- Add blueberries and mix gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled, topped with extra blueberries if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Use other fruits if preferred.
- Can be stored in the fridge for up to five days.
