A tasty blend of classic BLT flavors with macaroni pasta.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine macaroni, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over the macaroni mixture and stir to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add extra vegetables like cucumbers or bell peppers.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
