A simple recipe for delicious vegan and gluten-free bliss balls.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine dates and almonds. Process until finely chopped.
- Add shredded coconut, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until mixture is sticky.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Coat the balls in extra shredded coconut if desired.
- Place the bliss balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- You can substitute almonds with any nuts of your choice.
- Feel free to add chia seeds or flaxseeds for added nutrition.
