Description

A simple recipe for delicious vegan and gluten-free bliss balls.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates, pitted
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine dates and almonds. Process until finely chopped.
  2. Add shredded coconut, cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until mixture is sticky.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Coat the balls in extra shredded coconut if desired.
  5. Place the bliss balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
