Instructions

- In a clean bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
- Mix in vanilla extract.
- Pipe small meringue circles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 1.5 hours until dry.
- Let meringues cool completely.
- Top with fresh blackberries before serving.
