Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken to the pan, cook until no longer pink.
- Add mushrooms and black pepper, stir well.
- Pour in soy sauce, cook for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste, serve hot.
