Ingredients

- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture onto the ribs evenly.
- Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
- Brush BBQ sauce on the ribs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Remove ribs from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
- Adjust spice level to your preference.
- Serve with coleslaw or cornbread.
