Description

Ingredients

  • 2 racks of pork ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture onto the ribs evenly.
  4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
  5. Brush BBQ sauce on the ribs during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  6. Remove ribs from the grill and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
