- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 cups milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together milk and eggs.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and layer them in a greased baking dish.
- Add the cooked sausage over the biscuits.
- Pour the milk and egg mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set and golden brown.
Notes
- For a spicier version, use hot sausage.
- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or onions.
