Description

Delicious Biscoff brownies combining chocolate and Biscoff flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt; mix until combined.
  6. Fold in Biscoff spread and chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  9. Let cool before cutting into squares.
