Delicious Biscoff blondies with a rich, buttery flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  6. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  7. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, stir until combined.
  8. Fold in Biscoff spread and crushed cookies.
  9. Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Let cool before cutting into squares.
