Delicious Biscoff blondies with a rich, buttery flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Biscoff spread
- 1/2 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, stir until combined.
- Fold in Biscoff spread and crushed cookies.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.

- Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
