Description

A delicious pasta salad inspired by the flavors of a Big Mac.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
