Description
A delicious pasta salad inspired by the flavors of a Big Mac.
Ingredients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, ground beef, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust dressing ingredients based on your taste.
- Can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
