Description

A delicious and easy-to-make casserole inspired by the classic Big Mac.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup pickles, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Spread the crescent roll dough in a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer the cooked beef mixture over the dough.
  5. Add shredded lettuce and pickles on top of the beef.
  6. Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the layers.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
