A delicious and easy-to-make casserole inspired by the classic Big Mac.

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup pickles, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Spread the crescent roll dough in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the cooked beef mixture over the dough.
- Add shredded lettuce and pickles on top of the beef.
- Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the layers.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with lentils or a meat alternative.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Pair with additional Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
