Description

Quick and easy beef stir fry with fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add beef slices, cook until browned.
  4. Add mixed vegetables, stir and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce, stir to combine.
