Quick and easy beef stir fry with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced thin
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add beef slices, cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables, stir and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce, stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.

- You can add your favorite vegetables.
