Description
A quick and easy beef stir fry with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb beef, sliced thin
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
- Add beef, cooking until browned.
- Add vegetables; stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce; mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
Notes
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste.
- For a spicier dish, add chili flakes.
