Description

A quick and easy beef stir fry with fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, sliced thin
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add beef, cooking until browned.
  4. Add vegetables; stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Pour in soy sauce; mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

  • Adjust soy sauce to taste.
