- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into cutlets.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the cutlets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
