Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with BBQ sauce.
  2. In another bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice slider buns in half.
  4. Place a generous amount of BBQ chicken on the bottom half of each bun.
  5. Add a spoonful of coleslaw on top of the chicken.
  6. Cover with the top half of the bun.
  7. Serve immediately or warm in the oven for a few minutes.
