- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, and lime juice.
- Cook the chicken in a skillet until no longer pink, then slice.
- Toss the chicken with the sauce.
- Serve the chicken over rice.
- Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
