Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger.
- In a pan, cook the chicken until fully cooked.
- Combine the cooked chicken with the sauce mixture.
- Assemble the bowl with rice, chicken, carrots, green onions, and cilantro.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Sriracha.
- Serve with lime wedges for extra flavor.
