Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger.
  3. In a pan, cook the chicken until fully cooked.
  4. Combine the cooked chicken with the sauce mixture.
  5. Assemble the bowl with rice, chicken, carrots, green onions, and cilantro.
