- 4 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring until combined.
- Mix in bananas and cook for a few minutes.
- In a bowl, combine oats, flour, and chopped nuts.
- Add the banana mixture to the oat mixture.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
