A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu using bananas.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Puree the bananas in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix mascarpone, cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold the banana puree into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip ladyfingers quickly in the coffee.
- Layer ladyfingers in a dish, then spread a layer of the banana mascarpone mixture.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- Chill for longer for better texture.
- Can substitute coffee with milk for a non-caffeinated version.
