- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 12 ice cream cones
- Extra banana slices for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and vanilla extract. Beat until fluffy.
- Fold in sliced bananas and crushed vanilla wafers.
- Spoon the mixture into ice cream cones.
- Top with extra banana slices.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
