- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
- Add oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let them cool before serving.
Notes
- Use overripe bananas for better sweetness.
- You can add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor.
- Store in an airtight container.
