Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed bananas and sugar.
  3. Add melted butter and mix well.
  4. Stir in the egg and vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, combine baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and flour.
  6. Add dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
  7. Fold in walnuts if using.
  8. Pour batter into a greased muffin tin.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let cool before serving.
