Delicious banana cinnamon dream muffins, perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix mashed bananas and sugar.
- Add melted butter and mix well.
- Stir in the egg and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and flour.
- Add dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
- Fold in walnuts if using.
- Pour batter into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add chocolate chips.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can freeze for up to 3 months.
