A healthy and delicious banana chia pudding made with unsweetened almond milk.

- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.
- Add chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Mix well.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir well before serving. Top with fresh fruit if desired.

- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
