- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon (for filling)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas.
- Mix in sugar and butter until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
- Roll dough into a rectangle, spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll up tightly and cut into slices.
- Place slices in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze, drizzle over rolls.
Notes
- Use overripe bananas for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for later use.
