Description

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon (for filling)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Mix in sugar and butter until smooth.
  4. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.
  5. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture.
  7. Roll dough into a rectangle, spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  8. Roll up tightly and cut into slices.
  9. Place slices in a greased baking dish.
  10. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze, drizzle over rolls.
