- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg

- 1/3 cup cocoa powder

- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Stir in brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for best flavor.
