Description

Delicious banana bread brownies that combine the flavors of banana and chocolate in a moist treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Stir in brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
  7. Fold in chocolate chips.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let it cool before cutting into squares.
